The warehouse had low vertical space utilization, which limited storage capacity and made the storage area less efficient. Products were placed in a disorganized way, making inventory access more difficult and reducing daily handling efficiency. In addition, the customer had previously purchased racks of poor quality, and small-scale collapse had already occurred, creating a serious safety concern.
The customer’s main goal was to achieve safe stacking, better vertical space use, and faster stock retrieval in a food storage environment.

To meet the customer’s requirements, we recommended a custom three-sided guard stackable rack solution.
This rack type is ideal for food storage warehouses that need stable stacking performance, better product protection, and efficient forklift handling. Each unit was manufactured according to the customer’s required dimensions and load capacity, with an external size of 1350 × 1150 × 1700 mm and a load capacity of 1,500 kg per level.
The three-sided guard structure helps keep stored goods stable during stacking and transportation, while the stackable design improves warehouse vertical utilization and creates a more organized storage layout.
