A manufacturing company in Nigeria required a more efficient and durable storage solution for heavy plastic roll raw materials. Their existing storage method made stacking difficult, occupied valuable warehouse space, and relied on racks that were easily damaged during daily operations.
To address these challenges, we designed and manufactured 196 sets of custom heavy-duty storage racks tailored to the customer’s material dimensions and handling requirements. The solution improved storage organization, enabled safer stacking, and provided a more reliable system for long-term industrial use.

Challenges of Storing Plastic Roll Raw Materials in Manufacturing Warehouses
The customer stored heavy plastic roll materials used in the manufacturing process. Their previous storage setup presented several operational challenges.
Plastic rolls could not be stacked efficiently, resulting in poor utilization of warehouse space. Existing racks were prone to damage and could not withstand the demands of daily industrial handling. As inventory levels increased, the customer needed a storage system that was stronger, easier to use, and capable of supporting safe vertical storage.
The primary objective was to create a durable storage solution that would allow higher stacking, improve warehouse organization, and reduce rack damage.
Custom Stackable Storage Rack Designed for Heavy Industrial Loads
To meet the customer’s requirements, we developed a custom heavy duty stackable storage rack system specifically designed for plastic roll storage.
Each rack was manufactured according to the customer’s material dimensions and load requirements. The structure supports up to 1,100 kg per level and provides the strength necessary for handling heavy raw materials in a manufacturing environment.
The stackable design allows multiple units to be safely stacked, helping the customer utilize vertical warehouse space more effectively while maintaining convenient forklift access for loading and unloading operations.
