Storage Challenges in Automotive Parts Warehouses
Automotive parts warehouses usually manage a wide range of product sizes, packaging types, and turnover rates. Before this project, the customer faced several common storage problems.
The warehouse had limited vertical space utilization, and the previous storage method made it difficult to organize inventory by category. We designed and manufactured a custom heavy duty pallet rack system based on the customer’s warehouse dimensions and load requirements.
Each rack was engineered to support up to 1,000 kg per level, providing stable storage for boxed automotive parts and mixed inventory. The rack structure allowed the customer to use warehouse height more efficiently while keeping items accessible for forklifts and warehouse staff.
